Six ways to support loveiseverywhere

Love becomes visible when people pass it on. You can help in a few minutes, with a photo, a poster or a kind word. And if you want to do more, we would love to hear from you.

loveiseverywhere is a small movement from Biel in Switzerland. It was started by Staschia Houda, who began photographing heart shapes after hearing the sentence "Love is everywhere" from Louise L. Hay. The idea is simple: when we notice love in small things, we are more likely to pass it on. Everything we do depends on people who share that idea. Here is how you can be one of them.

The heart of the project is the photos. Every new heart in the gallery is a reminder for someone else to look up from their phone and notice the world. Send us your heart photo in a minute, no account needed.

2. Hang up the free poster

Every year we create a new poster. The 2026 poster is free to download as an A4 PDF in English and German. Print it and put it up at home, at work, in a café or on a notice board. Each poster is a small, quiet invitation to be kind.

3. Follow us and pass it on

Follow loveiseverywhere on Instagram and Facebook and share a picture that touched you. Sending a heart photo to a friend with a short "this made me think of you" is one of the easiest acts of kindness there is.

4. Tell us about people who spread kindness

In our blog series Voices of Love we introduce people who spread kindness in their own way, like the Heart Rock Guy, who leaves handmade stone hearts in public places. Do you know someone like that? Tell us about them.

5. Practise small acts of kindness

The movement grows every time someone holds a door, writes a thank you note or listens properly. If you are looking for ideas, start with our list of small acts of kindness for everyday life or read what research says about kindness.

6. Bring in your skills or become a supporter

Maybe you can design, translate, print, write or organise. Maybe you know a school, a company or a restaurant that would like to take part. Or you would like to support the project financially or as a sponsor. Write to us with a few lines about your idea and we will talk about it personally. Organisations will find more information on our page for companies and associations.

Questions about supporting us

Does supporting loveiseverywhere cost anything?

No. Sharing photos, hanging up the poster and passing on the idea are free. If you want to support the project financially or as a sponsor, write to us first so we can talk about it.

How much time do I need?

As much as you like. Sending a photo takes about a minute. Some supporters help once, others stay involved for a long time.

Can I help from outside Switzerland?

Yes. loveiseverywhere is based in Biel, but hearts are everywhere and the website is available in English and German. Photos and ideas from anywhere are welcome.

Who reads my message?

Messages from this form go directly to info@loveiseverywhere.world, the inbox of the loveiseverywhere team in Biel. We reply by email.

Can my company or school support the project?

Yes. Our page for organisations explains how companies, restaurants, schools and associations can support loveiseverywhere, and which supporters are already on board.
